What is a list?

Lists are communication groups that allow you to manage and centralise communication, documents, tasks and inspection forms.

A list is a feature that helps you group:

  • Points
  • Forms
  • Documents
  • Participants

Public Lists

All points in public lists are visible to all members of the project. The public list  (available only from expert licence) is useful if you don't create your points in a personalised list.

Private Lists

All points in public lists are visible to all members of the project. The private list (available only with an enterprise licence) is useful if you don't create your points in a personalised or public list.

Personalised lists

In personalised lists, you can select which participants can see the points of the list. The personalised list  (available only from expert licence) is used to create your own lists.

Personalised lists can be divided into 3 subcategories: blank lists, Quality Control Plan and Security Control Plan lists.

A blank list allows you to select different options regarding the points included, the generated report and the transferred files between the participants.

Quality and Security Control Plan lists are offering a step by step guide to create a communication group dedicated to HSE Form control creation within the application.
